Water Innovations Inc. (WI) is based in San Diego, California, headquartered in a 12,500-ft2 engineering and manufacturing facility in Vista with a 10,000-ft2 warehouse in Escondido. Expert in a broad range of industrial wastewater treatment technologies, WI specializes in regenerable ion exchange systems for close loop rinsewater recycling to produce DI water with > 95% recovery & selective metals recovery, proprietary media filtration for total suspended solids, and chemical precipitation of heavy metals for regulatory compliance.

With a focus on printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers, aerospace anodizers and general metal finishers whose processes & wastewater are suitable for water recycling by ion exchange, WI has more than 130 installed systems with many repeat clients as testimony to the excellence of our equipment designs.

Beyond best-in-class equipment, its our staffs 100+ years of combined experience and expertise with PCB & aerospace metal finishing processes that distinguish WI. In engineering our integrated systems, we evaluate each individual process to distinguish rinses suitable for recycling by ion exchange versus wastewater that needs to be otherwise treated. Based upon this knowledge we maximize rinsewater recycling while cost-effectively treating non-recyclable wastewater to meet applicable discharge limits.

We employ only high-quality components including GFPS automation & Signet instrumentation, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix controllers & Panelview touch screens for human-machine interface, Goulds multi-stage pumps, and SMC pneumatics on polyurethane-coated stainless steel skids.
